HARWINTON - Kollin DeNegre was an 18-year-old with big plans.

The 2007 graduate of Lewis S. Mills High School died Tuesday while operating a personal watercraft on Lake Gaston, near Roanoke Rapids in North Carolina.

HARWINTON -- Those who knew Kevin Pollock say he was a fun-loving guy you could not help but love.
